Old Russian Prison Tattoos

Tattoos have been a part of prison culture for just about as long as modern tattooing has been around. It’s largely where tattoos got their bad reputation, with many people correlating tattoos with convicted criminals. We don’t want to perpetuate any stereotypes, but it’d be wrong not to acknowledge tattooing’s heritage even if it does have a rather dark history. Besides, we don’t know what any of these men were in prison for. All we know is that they got some sick tattoos while they were there. We hope you enjoy this historic gallery, and be sure to check back regularly for more tattoos every day.Read More »

Safety Pins ARE NOT Jewelry

Common sense really isn’t common anymore, is it? (Was it ever?) It doesn’t matter if it’s gold or silver-plated. A safety pin is NOT jewelry. It doesn’t matter how you dress it up. Piercing yourself with a safety pin is more self-mutilation than formal body modification. It doesn’t look cute, it looks like you’re broke, bored and possibly desperate for attention. Don’t agree with us? Take a look through this gallery and then tell us we’re wrong. Using safety pins in place of actual piercings looks poor and is incredibly unhealthy. Just don’t do it.Read More »

Bro, Your Tattoo Looks Like Shit

Screen shot 2016-07-13 at 12.04.50 PM

You can’t always stop your friends from making bad decisions, but you CAN tell them when they’ve made one. We like to think of ourselves as friends to all tattoo enthusiasts around the world, which is why we’re being brutally honest and letting each of the people in the pictures below know that their tattoos are absolutely terrible. Seriously, did you tattoo yourself? Did a five-year-old draw your tattoo? (If that is the case, then some of these are actually impressive.) Don’t worry. If you’re one of the poor souls in these pictures, (or have something similar!),there’s still time to have a real tattoo artist cover your bad tattoos with a better design.Read More »

These Piercings Don’t Look Healthy…

If your piercing looks even remotely like the ones shown in the gallery below, you’ve done fucked up! We don’t know for sure, but we’re willing to bet most of these – if not all of them – are do-it-yourself piercing jobs gone horribly wrong. There’s a reason people pay professionals to do their body modifications for them, and it’s not because they’re “suckers” or have more money than they know what to do with. It’s because they know just how unhealthy poorly done body modifications can be. Modern medicine has come a long way, but it still can’t fix utter stupidity. If you get poor tattoos and/or piercings and don’t take care of them properly, you can seriously impact your health in a permanent negative manner. You could even risk fatality! (That means death.) Don’t end up like one of the morons in the pictures below. Make sure you get all your body modifications professionally done and conduct all aftercare appropriately. After all, your life can wind up in the balance.Read More »

We’re not sure why you all like bad tattoos so much, but we got another batch of terrible tattoos to show off. These tattoos are so bad that we can’t fathom what these people could possibly have been thinking when they decided to get them. Keep sharing bad tattoos with us and we’ll keep showing them off, but please don’t get bad tattoos just for a few minutes of attention on the internet. There are less painful, costly and permanent ways to get a few minutes of attention on the internet. And don’t let your friends get tattoos like this just so you can point and laugh.Read More »

13 Regrettable Funny Fails

These tattoos are so full of fail that a few of them are bound to make you laugh out loud. These are the type of tattoo fails people usually tell stories about, with spelling mistakes and all. (One of them even tried to correct their mistake with small print, like they were correcting a written essay!) We’re not sure whether the artist or the person getting the tattoo messed up here, but something clearly went wrong during the creation of each of these tattoos. Don’t wind up like one of these people and make sure you properly plan out your tattoo design with a professional artist before ink starts to be applied.Read More »
